This event will highlight potential development, regeneration and investment opportunities and future projects across Wolverhampton.

Wolverhampton is going places with an influx of investment into the city seeing a burst of development and regeneration. In this webinar we will find out more about 11 premium sites that are ripe for development and how they are set to revitalise the city over the coming years. Wolverhampton City Council will be presenting on £4.4 billion worth of development and regeneration which is either on site or in the pipeline and we will also be hearing from major developers working in the city who will be revealing their future projects.

Billions of pounds worth of projects are set to be discussed on this event – which will be revealed through a series of short presentations before open Q&A from our audience.

  • City of Wolverhampton Council – Richard leads on Wolverhampton’s regeneration programme and he will give more intel on 11 sites in the city that have been earmarked for development as well as updating us on the projects that are currently in the ground. The council has over £4 billion worth of development and Richard will be giving more intel on how to get involved in their council led schemes.
  • Urban Splash – Urban Splash see the midlands as a prime area of the UK to expand into with Wolverhampton in particular a key area of focus. Angela will reveal why Urban Splash see Wolverhampton as a city for future development.
  • Placefirst – Placefirst are bringing forward the exciting £65m Canalside Quarter regeneration scheme in the heart of Wolverhampton which will act as a catalyst for further development in a part of the city which has fallen into disuse in recent years. With a stellar reputation for working in tandem with the public sector, Max will be on hand to talk about this scheme and others that Placefirst are looking at in 2021.
