Northamptonshire Rushden Godwin East Midlands

Property development and investment company Godwin Developments have purchased a new site set in a prominent location in Northamptonshire. The 1.7 acre development site, located in Rushden on the A6 bypass, is set to be a commercial development.

Godwin Developments, who’re set to speak at the East Midlands Development Plans Conference next week, have exchanged contracts to buy the site – as they continue to further increase their activity across the UK.

Godwin are now working towards submitting a planning application – expected to be done before the end of this year.
