The 1.7 acre development site, located in Rushden on the A6 bypass, is set to be a commercial development. Godwin Developments, who’re set to speak at the East Midlands Development Plans Conference next week, have exchanged contracts to buy the site – as they continue to further increase their activity across the UK.
