Homes Nottingham Agents Sought Council University

The development of over 250 new homes in Nottingham has moved a step forward – as agents are being sought after to officially market the site. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The 9.6-hectare plot of land, owned by Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham City Council – who’re speaking on our next East Midlands Webinar, could house up to 285 properties.

A joint application was submitted for outline planning permission a few years ago – and this was given the green light.

The notice for agents stated: “Committed under a Collaboration Agreement, the parties are to instruct a commercial property agency in the marketing of the site, with a view to achieving best consideration. Outline Planning consent is due to be granted for the future development of the site and on this outcome, the site is ready to take to market in order to identify a suitable purchaser.”

A transport report submitted to the committee back in 2018 said that the nearby roads and particularly Hawksley Gardens would be able to deal with the increase in traffic.
