A major hotel project at London Heathrow Airport has reached its final stages this week. The development, a dual-branded hotel brought forward by the Arora Group who’re set to speak at our Heathrow Development Plans Conference, will comprise of two InterContinental Hotel Group-branded properties – the Crowne Plaza London (Heathrow Terminal 4) and Holiday Inn Express London (Heathrow Terminal 4).

The scheme is one of the largest hotel openings in the UK this year – with a total of 761 rooms across the hotels. The hotel is expected to be completed and opened in October and will become the largest hotel complex directly connected to a British Airport Terminal. The hotels, which will be connected to the airport through a link-bridge with direct access to the London Underground and Express train services, will include:

Crowne Plaza London (Heathrow Terminal 4) – The hotel will incorporate 304 bedrooms, along with offering five meeting rooms and three food and drink beverage units.

Holiday Inn Express (Heathrow Terminal 4) – The hotel will be slightly larger with 457 bedrooms in total, which incorporates the inclusion of an express bar and café.

Kaushal Niraula, Group Strategy Director of the Arora Group, said: ”We’re delighted to be nearing completion on this fantastic project. Constructing hotels on such a scale in such close proximity to Europe’s busiest airport was a challenge, but we have a very experienced team and we are hugely proud of the achievement.”

We’re delighted to hear more from Arora Group at the Heathrow Development Plans Conference, as they look to bring forward additional schemes to the region. BOOK  NOW!
