HH Properties Middlesbrough Project Takes Step Forward

HH Properties Springfield Middlesbrough New CGI

HH Properties are bringing forward a number of developments across Middlesbrough, and their project at the former Springfield Hotel has reached a major milestone. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The former hotel and pub has now been demolished having received permission to do so from Middlesbrough Council in April – paving the way for a new eight-storey student accommodation block with a bar also proposed for the site.

Student accommodation is must needed in the area – with the nearby Teesside University continuing to expand and grow with student hotspots dotted around the area. HH Properties are working on a number of similar schemes and they’re keen to engage with those working in the area at our upcoming North East Development Conference where they’ll be discussing their ongoing and future development projects.

The demolition work was carried out by regional firm Elite Excavation & Groundwork.
