W Real Estate has secured a resolution to grant planning permission for a mixed-use scheme at St Pancras Commercial Centre at Pratt Street in Camden Town.

The scheme will include the re-provision of the existing light industrial space, alongside 175,451 sq ft of new office and retail space and 33 residential units. W Real estate will be revealing more details of the scheme at the upcoming London Property Club event. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The current premises will be demolished to make way for the new development, which will be split across three buildings of between five and seven stories.

London-based developer and asset manager, W Real Estate, was advised by Gerald Eve.

“This is a highly ambitious scheme that balances the re-provision of light industrial space with the delivery of best-in-class office space, high quality mixed-tenure housing and associated retail space at ground level for all to enjoy,” said Sascha Lewin, managing director of W Real Estate.
