Hillingdon Joseph Homes

A major new development in West London has been given the green light by a virtual planning committee.

Hillington Council gave their approval for the project in their first ever virtual committee, and it completes the final residential element of the £250m Old Vinyl Factory Masterplan. [emaillocker id=”71749″]

The £250m masterplan has been brought forward by U+I Group – and on completion the 17-acre site will include 642 homes, 550,000 sq ft of office space and 750,00 sq ft of commercial space.

The latest phase will see Joseph Homes develop 134 homes and 4,252 sq ft of commercial space. The homes will be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom maisonettes.

Joseph Homes Development Director Craig Carson said: “It is great to see planning authorities like Hillingdon working with SME developers during these challenging times. We are proud that One Vinyl Square received unanimous approval during Hillingdon Council’s inaugural virtual planning committee.
