Court Collab One Eastside

Developer Court Collaboration have received the go-ahead for their One Eastside project featuring an impressive 51-storey residential tower alongside another residential building.

The building is set to become the tallest building in the Midlands, and will be a stones throw from the new HS2 Curzon Street Station – helping to continue the transformation of Birmingham city centre.

Court Collaboration – who’re speaking at our Birmingham Development Plans Event in January – are now set to deliver the following:

  • 51-storey residential tower
  • 15-storey residential building
  • 667 apartments in total [emaillocker id=”71749″]
  • ‘Sky Lounge’ featuring bar, restaurant and terrace
  • Gym
  • Cinema

Anthony McCourt, Chief Executive and Founder of Court Collaboration, said: “We’re delighted with the council’s decision to grant planning permission for One Eastside and we hope to be able to confirm a start on site date in the near future. Birmingham is going through some incredibly exciting changes and this ambitious scheme will keep Court Collaboration at the very forefront of modern city living, sustainable design and innovative construction.”

A council document said of the scheme: “This scheme will provide a well-designed tower development and result in a high quality brownfield development on a prominent and sustainable city centre location in accordance with the aims and objectives of both local and national planning policy. Issues raised by objections have been appraised, and on balance, the wider benefits of the scheme would outweigh any potential impacts.”
