St Modwen Homes Critical Key Workers

As thank you to all key and critical workers for looking after the health, wellbeing and safety of the nation during the Covid-19 pandemic, St. Modwen Homes has committed to continue their offer of up to £10k towards a new home to all eligible workers.

With the recent announcement of a Stamp Duty holiday until 31st March 2021, it could be the perfect time for key workers that are looking to move, to find their new forever home.

Jo Winston, Sales & Marketing Director, St. Modwen Homes, said: “We will be eternally grateful for the unbelievable sacrifices that key, critical and essential workers have made to keep us all safe, and our special offer is our way of saying thank you.

“ We believe our offer is one of the most comprehensive in the housebuilding industry, with workers from a huge array of backgrounds and industries eligible – including all those listed by the UK government on the critical worker’s guidance information. This includes those in the NHS, care industry and uniformed services, as well as those in education, key food and distribution services, utility workers and key public services.

“To find out more about what we can offer, we’d encourage eligible workers to contact their nearest development and book a remote appointment with a Sales Consultant. Our offer is completely bespoke to each key worker, and may include a mix of cash incentives, extras such as flooring and kitchen upgrades or help with fees – up to the value of £10k.”

“We aim to meet the needs of each homebuyer and provide a special deal that best fits their needs.”

Shannon, a Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse, who recently moved into her brand new Alban home at Victoria Park in Stoke, said: “The team pulled out all of the stops to make my move so easy and hassle-free. I benefitted from free flooring, shopping vouchers and appliances. The Sales Manager even filled my windows with rainbows- it was such an emotional experience and I felt so moved by the effort everyone made.”
