Event Information:

This webinar will focus on the development activity in the ever growing co-living sector.

Co-living seems to be an upcoming trend that is taking off – and a number of developers are actively moving more into this arena. And there has been a spike in interest too due to the coronavirus pandemic as people review their living situation having endured weeks of lockdown.

In this online event we’ll hear from a number of developers who’re active in the market – hearing about future trends, the latest insights, and exclusive intel on their future development projects. Speakers will share their views and visions through a series of short presentations before we then enter an interactive Q&A where delegates can get involved.

Speakers for this event include:

  • Bedrock Co-Living – a co-living provider with a particular focus on creating sustainable communities that provide users with stress free and flexible accommodation. They aim to provide an innovative addition to the UK housing stock, bringing people together for the good of the local community, planet and individual well-being. They are set to roll out modern small scale co-living schemes to towns and cities across the UK and Laurence will discuss these plans for expansion and potential opportunities to get involved with them.
  • HiggiHaus – founded in 2017, HiggiHaus is a unique brand of co-living, serviced accommodation and boutique hotels. They’re on a mission to create comfortable and stylish ‘places to stay’ for today’s young professionals. They are looking to roll out a brand across the country and have a target of 1,000 rooms by 2025. Luke will discuss their model, and how they are looking to expand over the coming years.
  • Co-Liv – is a global organisation whose mission is to empower the co-living phenomenon and is the world’s largest association of co-living professionals. It aims to grow the co-living movement by connecting, empowering and educating the industry. Cate will also discuss her work with Startuphome – a social enterprise providing co-living, community and sanctuary.
  • Brand Vista –is a Customer Experience agency with bases in London and Manchester. It was one of the first companies to recognise that customer experience (Cx) would be a core business driver of the future when it formed in 2000. It has worked with some of the UKs leading companies across most business sectors including leisure, retail, sport and the public sector. In the last six years there has been increasing demand for its services in the development sector and it has completed projects with Home Group, Places for People, IQ Student Accommodation, U+I and Quintain. Brand Vista was voted one of the Financial Times leading management consultants in 2020.
