• L&Q Group – with plans to develop 100,000 new homes over the coming years L&Q has one of the most ambitious visions of any UK housebuilder – and Jacqueline will be sharing inside information on how Ealing will play a role in their plans.

• Ealing Council – Ealing is set for transformational change over the coming years; over 14,000 homes, 100,000 metres square of new retail space and 5 Cross Rail stations are due to be developed creating up to 10,000 new jobs in the Borough. Connor will delve more into these extensive schemes and what they will mean for the Borough and it people.

• Greystar – Greystar’s Greenford Quay scheme straddles the Grand Union Canal in Ealing and will include 2,000 homes for rent and sale, along with 185,000 sq ft of commercial and community space. The scheme will also benefit from a low carbon district heating system which will be complemented by a renewable power generation system – using solar panels. Gary will give more intel on the canal-side development which is set to be completed at the start of 2023.
