• Nottingham City Council – Regeneration totalling into hundreds of millions of pounds is being lead by Chris and his team and in this webinar he will be able to give an update on the Broadmarsh Development, ambitions for a major tram extension programme and their ambitions to build thousands of new dwellings across the city.

• Rioja Developments – With the £100 million Grantham Designer Outlet in the works, Rioja Developments will attract 3.5 million visitors a year to the landmark site. With 135 stores and over 272,000 sq. ft. of retail space, the development will transform the Lincolnshire economy.

• Creative Quarter – The Creative Quarter, Nottingham’s first choice destination for students, businesses, investors, locals and visitors is undergoing significant development. Stephen will share details of these developments, including a six storey student accommodation block, over 230 apartments and numerous bars and shops.

• City of Lincoln Council – The Council has set out an ambitious City Centre Masterplan which includes 21 potential development sites and we’ll hear about these potential schemes and the wider vision for Lincoln.
