• Lancaster University – Prof Zeng is the lead at the Lancaster University Belt and Road Initiative Research Consortium and co-editor of the forthcoming book “One Belt, One Road, One Story? Towards an EU-China Strategic Narrative”. He’ll provide insight into how this massive infrastructure initiative will provide opportunities for organisations in the UK which will lead to economic growth.

• Allianz Global Investors – The China Belt and Road initiative is going to create a plethora of opportunities for investors that will be worth many billions of pounds over the coming decades. • King’s College London – Prof Brown has a wealth of knowledge and experience in UK Chinese relations – before becoming the director of the Lau Chinese Institute at Kings College London, Professor Brown directed the Europe China Research and Advice Network (ECRAN) giving policy advice to the European External Action Service between 2011 and 2014, and is the author of several books on modern Chinese politics, history and language.
