Speakers for this event include:

  • Association for Environment Conscious Building – The AECB is the largest and oldest network for sustainable building, which brings together local authorities, Housing Associations, Developers, architects and supply chain to promote sustainable building best practice. Nidhi is a Passivhaus enthusiast with a commitment to sustainable and low energy buildings, her major concern is the health and wellbeing of building occupants, and the impact sustainable and well-made buildings can have on this.
  • Eastlight Community Homes – are a new social housing provider providing 12,000 homes for it’s residents in Essex and Suffolk with plans to build an extra 3,800 across the region in the next 5 years. They are the largest Community Gateway Association in the country which ensure their residents can choose to become shareholders and make key decisions about their homes, services and communities. They believe empowering their residents in this way can have a positive impact on their wellbeing and happiness and will emphasise this during the discussion.
  • Arcadis – Jim is a technical expert on Off-Site Manufacturing, MMC and Modular Housing.  A Chartered Engineer, Jim has designed, offered technical expertise and delivered a significant number of schemes using modular, panelised, timber frame and CLT in locations across the globe over the past 20 years.
  • Impact Capital – are a dynamic prop-tech and design led integrated Property and Construction Group founded by real estate entrepreneur Robert Whitton and managed by a highly experienced and passionate management team.
