Future Development Plans – Warrington & Cheshire; Sponsored by Atkins

This webinar will focus on the development activity in Warrington and Cheshire.

  • Cheshire & Warrington LEP – the LEP are at the forefront of driving private sector investment and development into the region and they’ve just secured a £30m loan from local authorities to attract businesses to the area. Clare, new to her role as the Chair, will share details of how they’ll use this money to bring economic growth and opportunities to the region – focusing heavily on employment opportunities.
  • Langtree – a jewel in the crown amongst UK commercial developers, Langtree are renowned for delivering world class property projects particularly in the North West of England and are on the verge of moving forward with their 230 acre Parkside Regeneration scheme, a joint venture with St Helens Council. They’ll reveal where this and other projects are in their pipeline.
  • Warrington Borough Council – one of the most recognisable forces for good in the North West, Steven is heavily involved in a number of regeneration ambitions across Warrington, including the Central 6 Masterplan which aims to transform six distinctive development quarters into vibrant places for work, living and leisure. Steven will give an update on the council’s plans and an overview on delivery time lines while also answering delegates questions on how to get involved.
