Over the coming months we’ll be hosting a series of webinars – helping to keep the industry moving and talking during a period of uncertainty, enabling people to talk and build relationships whilst helping to maintain industry confidence and demonstrating thought leadership.

This webinar will focus on the development activity in Warrington and Cheshire, whilst also addressing some of the key issues and challenges which we as an industry face in the coming months. Speakers will be invited to share details on their current development programme and future pipelines as well as providing advice and opinion on what the industry needs to do to survive the current crisis, what is requires in the short term and how we will manage the increased demand and activity once the UK recovers.

This event will run in a similar manner to all of our physical events – with short presentations from several key speakers and opportunities for live Q&A and interaction.

  • Cheshire & Warrington LEP – brand new to her role as Chair of the enterprise partnership, Clare is at the forefront of the private sector proactivity for investment and development across the region. In one of her first public speaking outings as Chair, Clare will talk about the LEP’s support for the public sector vision to transform Warrington and deliver hundreds of millions worth of inclusive economic growth.
  • Warrington Borough Council – one of the most recognisable forces for good in the North West, Stephen is heavily involved in a number of regeneration ambitions across Warrington including the Central 6 Masterplan which aims to transform six distinctive development quarters into vibrant places for work, living and leisure. Stephen will give an update on the council’s plans and an overview on delivery time lines while also answering delegates questions on how to get involved.
  • Langtree – A jewel in the crown amongst UK commercial developers, Langtree are renowned for delivering world class property projects particularly in the North West of England and are on the verge of moving forward with their 230 acre Parkside Regeneration scheme, a joint venture with St Helens Council.
