Continuing the Birmingham Success Story; City Centre Developments Continue

There has never been a more exciting period in the future development and growth of Birmingham and the West Midlands. With the transformation of the city centre, a focus on connectivity across the region, the arrival of HS2 and the Commonwealth Games and more there is a real positivity surrounding the area, and that confidence is breeding new investment, regeneration and development into the area, and we’ll hear from some of those at the forefront of that growth including:

  • Crest Nicholson – they’ll discuss their Ultima/Sherborne Wharf schemes in the city centre as well as several community schemes including their involvement in IM Properties 750+ Blythe Valley Park and a new village between Warwick and Coventry
  • Blackswan Property – a prolific developer in the city they’ll share intel on their next schemes including a 3.6-acre site in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter
  • Southside Business Innovative District – this area of Birmingham is set to be transformed and with plans recently announced for new work to commence in 2020 the regeneration will be the key focus of their presentation
