Blue Light Estates Development Conference 2018

November 20 @ 0800hrs - 1545hrs

Blue Light Estates Development Conference 2018 | Event

The UK’s first Blue Light Estates Development Conference is set to be huge! We’re set to bring together those at the forefront of estates, property and facilities management at our Emergency Services – including the Police, Ambulance, and Fire & Rescue.

We’re set to hear about the future vision for our Emergency Service’s estate portfolios – with new regeneration and development set to happen, the consolidation of local services into huge new and technologically advanced facilities, the disposal of under used or derelict sites and much more! Over 30 Blue Light organisations will join us to discuss constraints and barriers within their estates, present about the future pipeline plans and how to get involved within procurement opportunities, and to engage with the supply chain and other Blue Light Estate leaders to share best practice and make new connections.

We have limited tickets available for this major new conference!

We’re going to be hearing from those responsible for driving the future vision of our emergency services estates and property within the UK – along with plenty of networking time to make new connections with industry professionals. We’ll be hearing about how we can collaborate to unlock and maximise opportunities, help reduce costs and provide best practice – whilst discovering exclusive development plans and insights.

We’ll open the event with several VIP Speakers who’ll deliver keynotes to establish the areas we need to focus on as an industry and they’ll set the tone on the important topics whilst aligning the audience with collaboration between the industry with speakers including:

  • Nick Hurd MP; Minister of State, Policing and Fire Services
  • James Payne; Chief Executive Officer, Office of Police and Crime Commissioner Hampshire & Isle of Wight
  • Angela Harrowing; Deputy Director of Disposals, Housing and Public Estates, Office of Government Property

We will then hear from regional and national leaders throughout the day who’ll share a series of presentations highlighting the future plans for Police, Fire & Rescue and Ambulance property and estates. They’ll give an overview of their current portfolio, details on future plans for their estates, issues and best practice examples as well as details on how those across the built environment industry can work alongside them in the future.

We’ll be hearing presentations and panel discussions from 20+ VIP leaders including:
