Wheatley Group – the UK’s largest social housing developer have recently announced new schemes in Glasgow including Calton Village, where they’re building 500 new homes. They’re delivering more than 1,000 homes a year in Scotland and they’ll be revealing details on a number of other projects in the pipeline.

Renfrewshire Council – the Council are bringing forward a major new employment zone, the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District, which is creating thousands of high value jobs. They’ll be discussing this huge scheme, the work opportunities and the wider economic strategy until 2030 in the region.

Glasgow City Council – development and regeneration will be unlocked and activated by Glasgow City Council and we’ll hear from their Leader on the ambitious plans for the city over the coming years, bringing insight into projects likely to come forward. They’ll cover their plans to double the city centre population by 2035.

Springfield Properties – the firm have just received the green light for their fourth village development, this time in Stirling for a £650m 3,000-home development over 593-acres. They’re looking to meet firms from the industry as they look to begin work in Autumn of 2020. And they’ll discuss their other projects happening across the country.

Avison Young – they will be launching their new Glasgow Map which highlights development activity within the city showcasing active developments and updating on their progress.
