His previous roles include time spent at the House of Commons, before several roles at Lambeth around investment, regeneration and planning. Lambeth Council have a very concise Local Plan which is running for the next 10 years’ and they’re prioritising developments which promote inclusive growth, reduce inequality and help shape sustainability across the region – whilst delivering economic growth, quality neighbourhoods and work places. Matthew will be giving us his insight into the next 10 years’ and beyond – with intel into future development sites. @lambeth_council Amanda Clack, Head of Strategic Advisory, CBRE Currently working for global real estate advisor CBRE Amanda has an exceptional CV. Amanda was the 135th President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and with over 30 years’ experience in real estate, construction and infrastructure as well as board-level experience gained on strategic transformation assignments in the private sector and government she has a wealth of knowledge she’ll be sharing at the event. Amanda’s current role sees he Heading up Strategic Advisory alongside being the Managing Director for Advisory across EMEA – working with public and private sector clients to deliver major strategic consultancy projects, and she’ll touch on this throughout her keynote. She’ll also be speaking about a book in which she is the co-author talking about diversity and inclusion within the industry. @CBRE Tim Shaw, Head of Regeneration, Solum Partnership Tim has exceptional expertise within the property and real estate marketplace – with previous companies including BNP Paribas, Lambert Smith Hampton and King Sturge. Prior to his move to Solum he was Head of Development (London) at Carter Jonas providing advice to numerous high-profile private and public sector clients. He joined Solum in June 2018. Solum Partnership is a joint-venture between Network Rail and Kier and together they’re working together to attract private investment into the rail network and build much needed new homes close to transport hubs. They’ve already completed major schemes at Epsom, Christchurch and Hayewards Heath, and alongside ongoing schemes such as Walthamstow and Twickenham they have 4 further schemes in the pipeline and Tim will be sharing details exclusively on this. @SolumRegen Robert Meakin, Partner, Clyde & Co Robert is a partner in the International Projects and Construction Group at Clyde & Co and he has been advising clients in the infrastructure and construction industry for over 25 years. He has previously headed up the Head of Projects team at Shadbolt LLP – and has a vast experience across government departments, project sponsors, SPVs, major contractors/consultants, funders and developers.
