This event will focus on development, regeneration and investment opportunities across North Yorkshire.

  • City of York Council – as plans for the £650m York Central transformation get underway, it’s an exciting time for the city with lots of allied and council supported projects set to benefit too. As part of this session, Tracey will talk about the city’s biggest project but also detail regeneration expected in the towns and villages surrounding.
  • Helmsley Property Group – Renowned across North Yorkshire for delivering a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from housing to commercial space, Max will talk about their forthcoming plans which include pushing ahead with a unique set of developments aimed at first time buyers.
  • Clarion Housing Group – are revelling in taking disused buildings and land across Yorkshire and transforming them into high quality residential developments. Whether it be the exciting Cocoa Works and its adjacent 11 acre brownfield project or the 13 acre site between the River Aire and Kirkstall in Leeds city centre, Clarion are in the planning stages of delivering thousands of new homes. As part of this event, Richard will delve into their plans, project timelines and contribution to enhancing communities country wide.
