He was formerly in-house with a national housebuilder and is familiar with strategic land solutions including option and collaboration agreements, conditional contracts and development funding arrangements. • National Care Association – is particularly well connected across the health and care sector and have an active relationship with Ministers and Senior Civil Servants. Given the various challenges of 2020 they are actively re-imagining the later life living sector requirements to provide safe, inclusive and futuristic residential environments for citizens entering their ‘third age’. As part of this session Nadra will share some insights as to how the care sector can work with the built environment to create such places.
