Later Life Living & Retirement Villages; Sponsored by DAC Beachcroft

Wednesday, 28th October 2020 1345hrs – 1530hrs

This webinar will focus on the developments taking place in the retirement living and retirement living marketplace.

Covid-19 has shone a light on provision of housing for the growing senior market. The pandemic has helped us appreciate the complexities of this age group, and there is set to be even more focus on this ever growing sector whilst a number of fundamental changes are set to reshape the sector in a post Covid-19 world. This market growth could see new innovative solutions evolve and new approaches being taken and we’ll delve into the future vision and potential of retirement and later life living.

We’ll gather the developers at the forefront of these projects to enable them to share fresh intel into their future plans, as they look to engage with the construction and property industry, whilst hearing from experts in the field such as DAC Beachcroft.

This event will run with a few short presentations from speakers who’ll highlight trends and market intel from the sector before open Q&A for 45-minutes where the audience can get involved.
