  • Apsley House Capital – with five major schemes in Birmingham city centre comprising over 3,000 residential units and several hundred thousand square feet of retail, leisure and employment space, Apsley House Capital are the West Midlands most active developers. Robin will share intel on their upcoming £165 million Soho Wharf and the £125 million St Paul’s Quarter projects as well as announcing a major new scheme in the city.
  • Bruntwood SciTech – are bringing forward the £30 million, 120,000 sq ft Enterprise Wharf development as part of Innovation Birmingham Campus – the UK’s largest tech campus. The plans, which have just been approved by Birmingham City Council, will provide workspace for digital and tech businesses, allowing new companies to join the more than 170 who already call the campus their home. David will share details on how the project will move forward in the coming months.
  • Urban Growth Company – A catalyst for infrastructure related development, the Urban Growth Company are responsible for the HS2 hub in Solihull and the forthcoming redevelopment of Birmingham International Station. June is described as the perfect time for UGC to speak as they will be in a position to reveal more details around procurement for each scheme.
