West London is a hive of development activity stretching from the exciting Old Oak Common masterplan and the Heathrow expansion to several major residential and infrastructure projects.

  • City & Docklands – one of the most active and respected developers in West London, City and Docklands are working on a number of projects in Hammersmith and Fulham as part of the Old Oak and Park Royal masterplan. As part of this session, Gary will talk about the schematics and impact of One West Point and Mitre Yard as well as taking a look at what’s next for the company.
  • Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation – As the lead planner behind the UK’s largest regeneration ambition, Emma is an integral part of the team rejuvenating the 650 hectare site in West London, part of which will be the brand new HS2 and Crossrail station. In early 2021, OPDC will be submitting revisions to its Local Plan for sites mostly surrounding the station development. As part of this event she will outline the aspirations set out in OPDC’s Local Plan and discuss how they align with West London’s wider growth aspirations.
