  • Chair; Independent Property Consultant – Deborah McLaughlin, formerly of Homes England, joined Capita subsidiary GL Hearn as head of its Manchester office in September 2016. She then stepped up to be managing director of Capita’s real estate projects business, and after a Capita restructure last year, became managing director of GL Hearn bring together all real estate service under one brand. Deborah now works independently as a consultant and holds a Non Executive Director role at Mulbury Homes,ES Housing and is a Trustee of Manchester Camerata.
  • IPSX – Roger Clarke, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, joined IPSX from M7 Real Estate where he was Head of Corporate Finance and where he set up M7’s alternative lending platform, Tunstall Real Estate. Prior to joining M7 Roger spent 20 years working in the European investment banking industry, including roles at NM Rothschild, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, JP Morgan Cazenove and Stifel Nicolaus, as well as undertaking a secondment to the UK Takeover Panel.
  • Seven Dials Fund Management – Mickola Wilson is a highly experienced real estate fund and asset manager, formerly CEO of Teesland plc and MD of Guardian Properties, she is a Director and joint owner of Seven Dials Financial an investment advisory business specialising in real estate fund management and research based investment strategy.  She also has a wide portfolio of roles including, a Non-Executive Director at the GPA (Government Property Agency) , NED at Palace Capital plc Real Estate REIT and a member of the investment committee of the Health Foundation and a non-executive director of Kalmars Commercial a South London estate agency run by her brother Richard Kalmar.
  • JLL – Tim leads the UK regional, commercial valuation teams at JLL, and is based in Manchester. The UK Regional Valuation teams – are part of the wider JLL Global Valuation offer – and service a range of local, regional and international clients including banks, property companies, institutional investors, property funds, family trusts , private investors , corporates , public and local sector organisations. Clients are serviced across all key property markets including, retail, offices, industrial logistics and distribution, mixed use assets and alternatives.  Tim has over 25 years’ general practice property experience gained from working in both London and Manchester. Tim has provided valuations for a wide range of purposes, including accounts, fund and portfolio, taxation, acquisition and disposal ; his main area of specialisation is bank lending and debt recovery.
