  • Enfield Council – to be delivered over the course of 25 years and at a total cost of £6bn, Meridian Water will create a residential utopia in North London. Peter will dissect the different stages of the scheme and talk about the developers that he is engaging with to help deliver the vision and update delegate on supply chain needs and partnership opportunities.
  • Troubadour Theatres – Troubadour are set to deliver a brand new theatre and film studios as part of the Meridian Water scheme which will unlock billions of pounds of economic growth in the next 20 years. As part of this panel, Tristan will talk in depth about the scheme and the exciting film, TV and stage projects that could base themselves at the heart of Enfield.
  • Vistry Partnerships – Vistry Partnerships are Enfield Council’s development partner for the “Meridian One” phase of development which will see the arrival of 1000 new homes, 2000 sq metres of leisure and retail development and a plethora of community space to reflect the inclusive and green ambitions of Meridian Water. Sara joins the panel to talk about their plan and how it will act as a catalyst for wider investment in Enfield.
  • Jacobs – Kate rejoined Jacobs in 2018 as Director of Growth London and Cities, after a year away with a different opportunity and having previously held leadership roles with Jacobs. With 20 years’ experience in engineering consultancy, Kate has worked on the business cases for major U.K. infrastructure programs including Crossrail, High Speed Two, the expansion of Heathrow and Stansted airports and the Silvertown Tunnel in London. She is heavily involved in conceptualising Meridian Water and can provide some expert placemaking insight as part of this session
