• Ebbsfleet Development Corporation – are behind the planned Ebbsfleet Garden City, a major new community on the banks of the Thames. Earlier this year they made a major land purchase, the 125 ha Ebbsfleet Central site which will allow many of the promised 15,000 homes to be delivered. The development will enable 32,000 new homes to be created, and a £7.4 million “green corridor” of active transport routes is planned. Julia will give us more intel on this scheme and how to get involved.

• Quinn Estates – with a plethora of major developments in the pipeline across Kent and the South East, Quinn Estates have developed a reputation for themselves as a master regenerator. Future projects include the iconic Newtown Works in Ashord, Grove Lane in Canterbury, Binbury Park in Maidstone and the exciting proposals for Highstead Park in Sittingbourne.
