  • Quinn Estates – one of the biggest developer firms in the area are transforming numerous sites. From the £250m Newtown workd scheme in Ashford to an 8,000-home garden community planned in Kent – they’ll reveal exclusive intel on where they’re up to and what’s next for Quinn Estates.
  • RiverOak Strategic Partners – RSP are looking to reopen Manston International Airport to create a new logistics/cargo focused airport which will also become a short haul hub. The plans are on hold due to the current Covid-19 situation, but RSP will reveal exactly what they’re planning for the site as they look to meet with the construction industry who might be able to help them in their bid to reopen by 2023.
  • Maidstone Borough Council – the Council has a significant masterplan to unlock land and drive sustainable and inclusive growth. They’ll discuss plans including a new garden community at Lenham Heath which will include major infrastructure upgrades, a railway station, 5,000 homes and several schools. They’ll also give an overview of their wider plans for the region and where opportunities will be unlocked over the coming years.
  • South East Local Enterprise Partnership – is a partnership involving leaders from business, local government, and further and higher education, and is working towards creating the most enterprising economy in England. The partnership covers East Sussex, Essex, Kent, Medway, Southend, and Thurrock.
