Dubai has seen incredible growth in the last 18 years, growing from 156,000 to 560,000 households. This is expected to continue over the next 16 years and Oxford Economics predict that 176,000 more households will be created over this period. The UAE announced in August that it will deliver a three-stage ‘flexible package’ of measures to strengthen the economy, including steps to support construction and investment. Developmental areas include boosting hospitality, retail and industrial and logistics as well as office and residential.

The British Government is urging UK companies to strike out into the overseas market and form business relationships with countries outside of the EU as part of its post-Brexit strategy and there are innumerable construction opportunities overseas. This webinar aims to share market intelligence and business development opportunities, processes and ideas with our audience as delegates will hear from country experts on how to get started when operating in the UAE and how to approach procurement opportunities.
