Paul has also provided evidence as a planning witness at public inquiries, in expert’s determinations, lands tribunals cases and in the High Court. He has also provided advocacy at numerous appeal hearings and examinations in public. He is an advisor to the Sheffield City Region’s Housing and Infrastructure Executive Board, which is working to achieve a two to threefold increase in the delivery of new homes.
