They’re currently working to map out a 50-year vision for their 1,600-acre estate in Edgbaston which is set to be transformed in a bid to help ‘see the estate thrive for the next 300 years’ and this will form part of their wider presentation on their major plans for the future across their portfolio.
  • David Morris; Planning Director at Catesby Estates plc. Infrastructure for their residential development of 735 homes in Warwick is well underway, and plans have been submitted for a further 640 new homes in Kenilworth.
