  • Ask Real Estate – the firm has significant plans to develop smart buildings having teamed up with Smart Spaces. The first involves the next phase of their First Street commercial development in Manchester; a 400,000 sq ft building which will compromise of 270,000 sq ft of office space and 11,700 sq ft of retail space. Their second development is a 21 storey aparthotel in the Deansgate area of Manchester which will have 310 beds.
  • Smartspaces – are a market leading smart technology platform for commercial real estate focused on enhancing occupier safety and engagement who have worked with the likes of Great Portland Estates, Canary Wharf Group and Ask Real Estate.  Dan will discuss how commercial property must be adapted so that it is suitable for what will come to be known as the new normal, and how we must look beyond the immediate situation ensure the future fitness and safety of our buildings.
  • Great Portland Estates – Smart Buildings will play an important part of progress towards more resilient and zero carbon future developments. Janine heads up Great Portland Estates sustainability team and reveal their future plans to incorporate smart tech into their extensive office portfolio and look ahead to their future smart building developments.
