This event will highlight potential development, regeneration and investment opportunities across the London Borough of Waltham Forest

The London Borough of Waltham Forest is growing faster than any other borough, partly due to the significant effect of investment in Olympic legacy projects and to an overall move eastwards of London’s economy. The council aims to see at least 19,000 homes built in the borough over the next 15 years and is promoting equivalent investment in the retail, business and infrastructure realms.

We will hear about new and ongoing major development activity taking place in the borough including the £125 million mixed-use Lea Bridge scheme, the 3,000 homes that will be constructed on the site of the former Spitalfields market and more. The council will outline their ambitious vision and several key developers will share intel on how they’ll be playing their part.
