Other schemes include the £775m Modern Wharf in Greenwich, £250m Preston Barracks in Brighton and the £500m+ Albert Embankment project in London.

• London Legacy Development Corporation – the Olympic’s cost almost £10bn to delivery, but the development hasn’t stopped there. The legacy of the games will see regeneration on a major scale and Rosanna will share details on where they’re up to on their programme of works which includes the £1bn Stratford Waterfront scheme.

• Tatton Group – proactively creates value for property owners and occupiers on a huge range of commercial, rural and residential property, in both town and country. With a strong track record in property management and development, Tatton Group seek to identify new projects which can enhance the local community and other priorities an owner wishes to pursue.  This includes projects such as refurbishments like Knutsford Town Hall and the Hayhurst Arms, Bostock Green, to proposals for new high quality jobs and housing such as Parkgate Village.
