ConTech Series: How Data Analytics Can Drive Smarter Construction Decisions

  • Projecting Success – Martin is an expert in construction data analytics and specialises in leveraging project data to transform project delivery. He has 30 years of delivery experience spanning senior strategic roles across government and the private sector and has previously led on a $1bn megaproject and a multi $billion portfolio office. Martin will champion the cause for delivering transformational change in how projects are delivered through data analytics, to prevent delays from affecting future major construction and infrastructure projects.
  • Jacobs – Breda is a champion of innovation and data analytics insights to enable smarter decisions, reduce risk and increase delivery reliability. As an experienced PMO leader and programme controls practitioner, she has led client and integrated teams in complex and regulated infrastructure projects from design through to asset hand over.  Breda will explain why data analysis needs to be uptake throughout the sector and why she uses the “so what” question to drive meaningful output from data.
  • Sir Robert McAlpine – Gareth Parkes leads data, innovation and digital transformation projects at Sir Robert McAlpine. Passionate about making best use of organisational knowledge and finding innovative solutions to established problems, Gareth will reveal more about SRM’s use of Data Analytics and its potential to help transform the performance and productivity of the construction sector.
